New Covenant Tours is owned and operated by Brent and Tonya Avery of Oklahoma City. Brent is a 1985 graduate of Cincinnati Bible College and an ordained minister. Tonya is a graduate of Manhattan Christian College. Together Brent and Tonya also operate  Maranatha Evangelistic Ministries.
